EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE……..IT’S DESSERT TIME

 CHOCOLATE CAKE………. It’s dessert time

 

This is a great recipe for an easy, foolproof chocolate cake. It’s moist and fudgy and will keep well for 4-5 days. Nothing will satisfy a chocolate craving better than one of these delicious chocolate cake recipes.

Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour / Maida – 1/2 cup
  • Sugar – 1/4 cup (powder)
  • Cocoa Powder – 3 tblspn
  • Curd – 2 tblspn (Use little sour curd)
  • Baking Soda – 1/4 tspn
  • Baking powder – ½ tspn
  • Water – 1/3 cup
  • butter -1/4 cup
  • Oil – 1 tbspn
  • Some chocolate(I used dairy milk)

 

Method:

  • Take curd in a bowl, add baking soda in it and mix well. Set that aside till use. Take flour and cocoa powder, baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
  • Take a bowl add butter, add sugar and mix them very well. Then add in flour and cocoa mix and mix well so it well combined and finally add the baking soda curd mixture and again mix well.
  • Now take a microwave bowl and grease it with butter or oil . Pour the mixture in the bowl roughly crush some chocolate and spread it over the mixture and then microwave it for about 20 to 30 mins. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle part of the cake comes out clean. You have to keep a close look in this. Every oven is different so kindly keep checking.
  • Now remove it from the oven and leave it to cool completely.
    When it is cooling invert the cake over the plate and your chocolate cake is ready to serve.
